成長(zhǎng)條件
溫度：37.0°C
根據(jù)隨附的說明打開樣品瓶。
使用單管＃3肉湯（5至6 ml），用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出約0.5至1.0 ml。 將整個(gè)顆粒再水化。
將該等分試樣無菌轉(zhuǎn)移回肉湯管中。 好好混合。
使用幾滴懸浮液接種第二管肉湯，斜面和/或平板。
將所有管和板在37℃下孵育24小時(shí)。
