馬鏈球菌Grouping strain C74
( 一)形態(tài)與染色
革蘭陽性球菌，呈單個或成雙排列。
( 二) 培養(yǎng)特性
在血瓊脂平板上35℃培養(yǎng)18 ~24 h ，形成較小、凸起、圓形、β溶血的灰白色菌落。
( 三) 生化反應(yīng)
觸酶試驗陰性，分解葡萄糖和蔗糖，不分解乳糖、甘露醇、棉子糖、水楊苷和山梨醇，精氨酸水解酶試驗陽性，七葉苷、PYR 、CAMP 試驗陰性，6.5% NaCl 肉湯不生長。
( 四)鑒別要點
1.本菌特征革蘭陽性球菌，單個、成雙或鏈狀排列，菌落較小，有β溶血環(huán)，觸酶和CAMP、七葉苷試驗陰性，6.5% NaCl 肉湯不生長。
2. 與化膿性鏈球菌和無乳鏈球菌的鑒別 三者菌落均為β溶血，無乳鏈球菌CAMP 試驗陽性，而馬鏈球菌和化膿性鏈球菌則為陰性?；撔枣溓蚓c馬鏈球菌間的區(qū)別在于前者PYR 試驗陽性，后者則陰性。
