善變副球菌菌落直徑3-4mm，在LB培養(yǎng)基上菌落或成單一、成對(duì)或成堆生長(zhǎng)。呈淺黃色,圓形邊緣完整，表面光滑稍凸起。單菌直徑0.5 – 1.1 μm。gf7最適生長(zhǎng)溫度30℃。非嚴(yán)格需氧菌，在10℃～37℃范圍內(nèi)均能生長(zhǎng)。6天可以降解60%以上的在無(wú)機(jī)鹽培養(yǎng)基中添加的50mg/L氯氰菊酯和功夫菊酯。革蘭氏染色陰性、接觸酶陽(yáng)性，氧化酶陽(yáng)性。無(wú)運(yùn)動(dòng)性?？衫酶视?、醋酸鹽和丙酮酸鹽等?？衫脽o(wú)機(jī)氮源（NH4H2PO4和NH4Cl）生長(zhǎng)。呼吸代謝，不發(fā)酵。
