傳播程序
1.根據(jù)隨附的說明打開樣品瓶。
2.使用單管＃44肉湯（5至6 ml），用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出約0.5至1.0 ml。 將整個顆粒再水化。
3.將該等分試樣無菌轉(zhuǎn)移回肉湯管中。 好好混合。
4.使用幾滴懸浮液接種＃260瓊脂斜面和/或平板。
5.將管和板在37℃下孵育24至72小時。
