1.根據(jù)隨附的說明打開樣品瓶。
2.使用單管＃3肉湯（5至6 ml），用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出約0.5至1.0 ml。 將整個顆粒再水化。

5.將管和板在30℃下孵育24小時。
