傳播程序
1.根據隨附的說明打開樣品瓶。
2.從單個試管（5至6ml）中取出0.5ml推薦的肉湯，并將整個小瓶內容物再水化。
3.將該等分試樣無菌轉移回肉湯管中。 另外的肉湯和斜管可以從初始肉湯管各接種0.3ml。 可以使用每板0.1ml初始培養(yǎng)液接種瓊脂平板。
4.在26oC下孵育管和板。
5.孵育約7天后，通過發(fā)酵液中的濁度和瓊脂表面上的菌落，生長應該是明顯的。
