阿木吉氏鏈霉菌孢子卵圓形、長圓形，表面光滑。菌落無色。不產(chǎn)生類黑色素。氣絲白色。葡萄糖克氏合成1號瓊脂：氣絲白色?；z無色。在大部分培養(yǎng)基內(nèi)無可溶色素。葡糖天冬素瓊脂：氣絲白色、白秸草色?；z無色。淀粉銨鹽瓊脂：氣絲白色?；z無色，有時略微黃棕色。肉湯蛋白胨瓊脂：無氣絲?；z無色。馬鈴薯瓊脂：氣絲白色?；z略微棕色。明膠液化弱。牛奶不凝固但胨化。淀粉水解弱。纖維素上生長弱。不產(chǎn)生類黑色素、酪氨酸酶。
