人類Ubiquiitin基因有四個,編碼同一個蛋白,稱為Ubiquitin分子,這四個基因的mRNA水平存在些許差異,但是蛋白序列是一樣的。其中最常見的是Ubiquitin C(UBC)、Ubiquitin B(UBB)基因,UBC mRNA編碼六個重復的Ubiquitin分子,UBB編碼四個重復的Ubquitin分子,所以外源克隆的HA-UB一般只克隆了一個ub分子,也就只有76個氨基酸,如果您需要連續(xù)幾個Ub的那種,可以委托我們做亞克隆,HA-ub(n),n=1.2.3.4.5.6.....
